Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION: We ship via UPS GROUND and US Postal Service. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after you have placed your order. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed by Monday or by close of business day on Tuesday.

*Please note that all expected ground delivery times do not include the day the order is shipped.

RETURN POLICY: The cancellation on orders packaged and shipped will incur 25% restocking charge (plus round-trip shipping cost if the package is refused by the customer).

We try to visually inspect & check for damages or defects prior to shipping. However, if you find a problem with our merchandise, please refer to the following guidelines.

*All return should be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please e-mail the order number, items you wish to return, and the reason for the return to barbara@bkgboutique.com. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

For proper handling of the return, clearly mark the RMA number on the package, and please include the copy of the RMA e-mailed from www.bkgboutique.com. Unless an RMA number is requested within 3 business days after receipt of the merchandise, and the return items are postmarked within 3 business days from the receipt of the RMA number, return will not be processed, and no credit will be issued under any circumstances. We will issue a credit (online store credit only) for defective or damaged merchandise. The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy. There will be a 25% restocking charge on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective.

All returns must be in its original condition, including damaged or defective items. Credit will not be issued for the returned items without the complete original packaging materials. All clearance items are final sales, as well as special ordered items. We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. If the UPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, the claim must be filed with UPS. It may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to resolve through UPS.


LOST PARCELS:  www.bkgboutique.com is not responsible for the lost / missing insured packages during transportation. In case of such an event that the insured package is missing or lost, www.bkgboutique.com will submit the insurance claim for the customer. www.bkgboutique.com cannot credit customer's account until the insurance claim is successfully resolved, and www.bkgboutique.com receives the fund from the shipper. Also, the shipping charge for the lost parcels is excluded from the insurance coverage, and BKG Boutique.com cannot credit / refund the original shipping charge. Please note that the USPS shipment policy requires a 60-day waiting period before submitting for an insurance claim.
